1. Manage recruitment processes for diverse roles including creative, support, and artisanal positions across various contract types (temporary, fixed-term, permanent).
2. Independently handle recruitment tasks such as identifying needs, drafting and posting job advertisements, pre-selecting resumes, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to managers.
3. Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
4. Support HR Managers in talent development processes, including performance evaluations and career management.
5. Update data to facilitate internal mobility and career progression.
6. Participate in HR reporting and the implementation of new projects.
7. Propose innovative actions to enhance candidate and employee experiences.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of significant recruitment experience, ideally in the luxury or fashion sector.

3. Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach.
4. Highly organized with a developed sense of structure.
5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 5 years in recruitment, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
