1. Manage recruitment processes for a variety of roles including creative, support, and craftsmanship positions across different contract types (temporary, fixed-term, permanent).
2. Independently handle recruitment tasks such as identifying needs, drafting and posting job advertisements, pre-selecting resumes, conducting interviews, and briefing managers.
3. Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
4. Support HR Managers in all HR development processes including competency and performance evaluations, updating data for internal mobility, and career management.
5. Participate in HR reporting and the implementation of new projects.
6. Propose innovative actions to enhance candidate and employee experiences.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of significant recruitment experience, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in recruitment, ideally within the luxury or fashion industry.
