1. Actively participate in recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices across all departments.
2. Identify specific needs for each internship or apprenticeship position.
3. Recruit top talents aligned with the brand's ambitions.
4. Define and develop sourcing strategies to meet recruitment demands.
5. Provide an exceptional candidate experience for young talents and operational managers.
6. Present candidates convincingly to managers.
7. Handle administrative integration of candidates and liaise with the payroll department.
8. Participate in talent evaluations and organize end-of-internship reviews to identify promising talents.
9. Contribute to the creation of talent pools for future opportunities.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business or Human Resources.
2. Minimum of 6 months experience in an HR role (internship or apprenticeship).
3. Strong leadership and influence skills with operational managers.
4. Autonomous with a proactive and innovative approach.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Perseverance, reactivity, and adaptability.
3. Fluency in French; proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Entry-level experience required, ideally with 6 months in a Human Resources role.

Master's degree in Business or Human Resources (Bac+4/5).
