- Actively participate in recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices across all departments.
- Identify specific needs for each internship or apprenticeship position.
- Recruit top talents aligned with the brand's ambitions.
- Define and develop sourcing strategies to meet recruitment demands.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience for young talents and operational managers.
- Present candidates convincingly to managers.
- Handle administrative integration of candidates and liaise with the payroll department.
- Participate in talent evaluations and organize end-of-internship reviews to identify promising talents.
- Contribute to the creation of talent pools for future opportunities.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business or Human Resources.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an HR role (internship or apprenticeship).
- Strong leadership and influence skills with operational managers.
- Autonomous with a proactive and innovative approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Perseverance, reactivity, and adaptability.
- Fluency in French; proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Entry-level experience required, ideally with 6 months in a Human Resources role.
Master's degree in Business or Human Resources (Bac+4/5).
