- Identify and anticipate recruitment needs in various markets, ensuring an efficient and qualitative recruitment process.
- Develop and implement a sourcing strategy to identify strong retail talents, from sales associates to Boutique Managers.
- Build and maintain a robust network of retail contacts.
- Conduct mystery shopping to gain insights into market specifics and needs.
- Ensure a qualitative recruitment validation process, including interviews, reference checks, and offer extensions.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Management Director on talent management initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and productivity of sales associates.
- Anticipate succession planning needs and facilitate internal mobility.
- Partner with the Paris HR team to develop new recruitment tools.
- Minimum of 3 years of related recruitment experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
- Sense of urgency and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with innovative recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Natural connector and relationship builder.
- Understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
- Strong assessment skills with the ability to articulate evaluations.
Minimum 3 years of related recruitment experience is required.
Salary range of $90k-$100k annually, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
