1. Greet and attend to the needs of guests, ensuring prompt notification of relevant personnel upon arrival.
2. Monitor reception area to ensure visitors are assisted efficiently.
3. Coordinate deliveries and courier collections, including internal courier services between boutiques and Head Office.
4. Arrange taxi bookings for team members.
5. Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring the office meets Christian Dior standards.
6. Provide holiday cover for the Office Coordinator during their annual leave.
7. Collaborate with the Office Coordinator for meeting room coordination and setup, maintaining high standards.
8. Monitor the Reception Inbox and distribute communications to relevant departments.
9. Receive and distribute all incoming mail and arrange outgoing documents.
10. Update Head Office and store contact lists and email distribution lists.
11. Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.
12. Arrange all press couriers and bike messengers, ensuring timely logging and collection of press deliveries.
13. Manage magazine tabbing and distribution.

1. English & Maths GCSEs and/or A level Equivalent

1. Strong organizational skills
2. Demonstrated dynamism
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Previous experience as a receptionist (desired)

Beginner level experience is required, with a preference for previous experience in a receptionist role.
