1. Assist the Real Estate team in negotiating and drafting leases, letters of intent, and other related documents for various asset types such as boutiques, offices, and warehouses.
2. Support construction-related legal matters, including contract negotiations and administrative authorizations.
3. Handle pre-litigation and litigation issues related to construction and lease agreements.
4. Participate in transactional activities, including the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets.
5. Provide legal assistance in the development of new business activities.
6. Act as a business partner to various teams, identifying and addressing legal challenges with practical and clear solutions.

1. Holder of the CRFPA (French Bar Exam).
2. Experience in a law firm or legal department.

1. High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
2. Excellent drafting skills.
3. Strong reactivity, rigor, curiosity, agility, and pedagogical skills.
4. Team-oriented mindset.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, suitable for recent graduates or those new to the field.

CRFPA certification is required.
