1. Assist the development team in the creation of collections.
2. Organize and maintain sketches, including photocopying, scanning, and digital editing using Photoshop.
3. Distribute sketches and fitting photos to workshops.
4. Develop and update the toile tracking table.
5. Coordinate external supplier receptions, including space and rack reservations.
6. Liaise with the studio, coordination team, and workshops.
7. Update collection boards for allocations.
8. Maintain the collection plan.
9. Request and track the return of models from various departments such as press and archives.
10. Support the setup of show fittings.
11. Photograph and catalog fitting photos on the network.
12. Organize transfers between workshops and the studio.
13. Assist in the setup and execution of collection photoshoots.
14. Participate in photoshoots and cataloging of looks.

1. Minimum Bac+3 educational level.

1. Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign.
2. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Knowledge of PLM is advantageous.
4. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
5. Dynamic and autonomous with strong organizational skills.

Entry-level experience is suitable for this internship position.
