1. Manage daily interactions with assigned suppliers, ensuring effective and timely communication.
2. Monitor production progress and ensure alignment with scheduled delivery dates.
3. Continuously update internal systems with accurate information regarding timelines, quantities, and order statuses.
4. Collaborate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Industrialization, Quality, and Logistics to ensure timely material availability.
5. Support continuous improvement of procurement processes, enhancing supply chain quality and efficiency.
6. Develop and monitor KPIs and periodic reports to support management, focusing on supplier performance.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
2. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.

1. Excellent organizational skills, precision, and proactivity.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness in managing supplier relationships.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
4. Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.

A minimum of 2 years in procurement or related roles within the fashion or luxury industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
