1. Develop and implement quality-specific processes for footwear production.
2. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of quality processes, focusing on materials, craftsmanship, and durability of footwear.
3. Support in identifying and resolving quality issues that may arise during design, production, and testing phases.
4. Maintain updated quality documentation, including test results, defect analyses, and corrective actions taken.
5. Conduct internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality requirements and identify areas for improvement.

1. Degree in Engineering, Economics, or an equivalent field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the footwear sector.
3. Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and industry regulations.
4. Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills.
5. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Proficiency in English and/or French.
7. Willingness to travel internationally.
