1. Manage service procurement requests, including receiving, analyzing, and qualifying requests for the Real Estate and General Services Department.
2. Define needs by developing briefs or specifications.
3. Verify request compliance with expressed needs and allocated budgets.
4. Follow the approval process for procurement requests.
5. Source and evaluate service providers by identifying and prospecting new suppliers.
6. Conduct in-depth market studies to compare service offers based on quality, price, references, and CSR.
7. Evaluate the technical, financial, and organizational capabilities of potential suppliers.
8. Prepare and participate in negotiations with service providers regarding rates, service levels, and contractual terms.
9. Draft and monitor service contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
10. Ensure suppliers adhere to contractual obligations.
11. Implement performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service quality.
12. Regularly monitor supplier performance and identify improvement areas.
13. Organize performance reviews with suppliers.
14. Manage service contracts, including tracking contract deadlines and managing amendments.
15. Optimize costs and participate in developing new service procurement strategies.
16. Stay informed about innovations and best practices in service procurement.
17. Handle administrative tasks and reporting related to service procurement.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Purchasing or a related field, with a specialization in Services.

1. Knowledge of purchasing and negotiation techniques, especially in services.
2. Ability to analyze service offers and evaluate supplier performance.
3. Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Basic knowledge of contract law.
5. Understanding of CSR and Responsible Purchasing.
6. Attention to detail, organization, and rigor.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
