- Manage service procurement requests, including receiving, analyzing, and qualifying requests for the Real Estate and General Services Department.
- Define needs by developing briefs or specifications.
- Verify request compliance with expressed needs and allocated budgets.
- Follow the approval process for procurement requests.
- Source and evaluate service providers by identifying and prospecting new suppliers.
- Conduct in-depth market studies to compare service offers based on quality, price, references, and CSR.
- Evaluate the technical, financial, and organizational capabilities of potential suppliers.
- Prepare and participate in negotiations with service providers regarding rates, service levels, and contractual terms.
- Draft and monitor service contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
- Ensure suppliers adhere to contractual obligations.
- Implement performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service quality.
- Regularly monitor supplier performance and identify improvement areas.
- Organize performance reviews with suppliers.
- Manage service contracts, including tracking contract deadlines and managing amendments.
- Optimize costs and participate in developing new service procurement strategies.
- Stay informed about innovations and best practices in service procurement.
- Handle administrative tasks and reporting related to service procurement.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Purchasing or a related field, with a specialization in Services.
- Knowledge of purchasing and negotiation techniques, especially in services.
- Ability to analyze service offers and evaluate supplier performance.
- Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of contract law.
- Understanding of CSR and Responsible Purchasing.
- Attention to detail, organization, and rigor.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Purchasing or equivalent.
