1. Generate weekly press reports and press clippings for Women's, Dior Maison, and Baby Dior print publications.
2. Coordinate with editorial partners to fulfill product requests and manage editorial inquiries.
3. Develop monthly press reports for all categories.
4. Compile daily 'morning updates' reports.
5. Manage sample trafficking for Women's editorial requests.
6. Assist during PR events with guest check-in and operational efficiency.
7. Generate 'credits' reports from publications.
8. Maintain sample closet and magazine archives.
9. Oversee logistics including shipping and receiving samples for editorials.
10. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

1. At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.
2. Availability to work full-time from July 2026 through July 2027, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with remote work on Fridays.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
3. Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain discretion with the press.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
5. Effective time management and prioritization skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
7. Familiarity with Fashion GPS.
8. Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environments.

Beginner level experience with at least 6 months in a related field.
