Christian Dior Public Relations Trainee

1. Generate weekly press reports and clippings for celebrity categories from both print and online publications.
2. Collaborate with the entertainment relations team to fulfill dressing requests and coordinate fittings for womenswear and menswear.
3. Develop monthly press reports for all categories.
4. Manage social media press reviews and compile industry news reports.
5. Oversee sample trafficking for VIP requests in womenswear and menswear.
6. Assist during PR events and fashion shows, including managing RSVPs and preparing dressing lists.
7. Coordinate celebrity and influencer stylings and fittings.
8. Maintain showroom and closet organization and presentation.
9. Coordinate and track international and domestic shipping of samples and gifts.
10. Develop and execute gifting strategies and send-outs.
11. Track VIP placements for reports.
12. Manage logistics, including shipping and receiving samples for editorials and celebrity fittings.
13. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

1. At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.
2. Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Excellent follow-through practices and discretion in interactions with celebrities and the press.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with negotiation capabilities.
7. Effective time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and knowledge of Fashion GPS.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 6 months of prior experience in public relations or a related field is required.
