Christian Dior Prototype Advancement Specialist
Christian Dior Couture, a prestigious name in the luxury fashion industry, is part of the esteemed LVMH Group, a global leader in high-quality products. The position is based at Pespow, a center of excellence for Dior Creations, located in San Martino di Lupari, Padova, Italy.
- Support the allocation of pattern development and garment construction between internal and external services.
- Monitor the progress of pattern development and issue reminders as necessary.
- Oversee the advancement of bill of materials compilation and issue reminders as necessary.
- Track the development progress of placements and issue reminders as necessary.
- Verify the availability of cuttable materials and accessories in stock.
- Monitor the progress of any intermediate phases at laundries, printing houses, and dyeing facilities.
- Supervise the progress of garment construction phases at the internal workshop, establishing priorities accordingly.
- Interface with quality technicians to verify compliance in garment execution at external workshops.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager to ensure timely completion of garments at external workshops.
- Issue reminders to the fabric and accessories warehouse for the delivery of materials needed for garment construction.
- Coordinate the dispatch and return of materials, semi-finished products, and garments from workshops, cutting rooms, and ironing facilities.
- Collaborate with the BOM Office and Model Office to verify the suitability of garments against the bill of materials and model.
- Manage and coordinate the execution of fit garments, prototypes, and samples.
- Coordinate deliveries and returns to clients.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction phases of sportswear outerwear and familiarity with innovative processes such as thermo-taping, seamless technology, laser cutting, and synthetic padding.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
