1. Assist the Development Team in overseeing the development of Access and Medium Jewelry collections in collaboration with the Dior jewelry division.
2. Support the Project Manager in the creation and production of prototypes for ongoing collections.
3. Update development tracking tools daily, including prototype reception and validation dates, and cost summaries.
4. Aid in drafting debriefs for workshops with the Project Manager.
5. Capture images of elements in development, such as resins and metal tests.
6. Create prototype orders and record and analyze quotes.
7. Disseminate internal information regarding pieces, including prototype delivery timelines, quotes, craftsmanship details, and dimensions.
8. Assist in archiving prototypes, including order completion, photographing delivered pieces, and organizing and cataloging items.
9. Prepare workshop briefing documents, integrating marketing specifications, drafting quote requests, and organizing schedules for collection launches or multi-sourcing.
10. Participate in workshop briefing meetings and assist in preparing internal presentation tools for launches.
11. Set up tracking tools for showrooms, monitor the progress of piece fabrication, and coordinate with marketing upon piece reception.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school (Master's level).
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Teamwork skills.

5. Adaptability, rigor, and discretion.
6. Artistic sensitivity.
7. Experience in jewelry or project development is advantageous.
