1. Supervise the internal production stitching activities, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and technical specifications.
2. Train and manage the stitching team, fostering a cohesive and efficient work environment.
3. Define and implement quality control procedures, continuously monitoring production processes.
4. Identify and resolve quality issues, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
5. Ensure the compliance of uppers with technical specifications and company quality standards.
6. Collaborate with the Technical Office to define technical specifications for uppers.

1. Proven experience of at least 10 years in a similar role within the elegant women's footwear sector.
2. In-depth knowledge of upper production techniques for footwear.
