1. Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize planning and data management processes.
2. Assist in structuring and cleansing data within Anaplan to ensure quality and consistency.
3. Collaborate with the team to schedule and reschedule deliveries based on supplier feedback, managing priorities with the downstream supply chain.
4. Analyze and challenge supplier performance regarding deliveries.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, propose corrective actions, and contribute to their implementation.
6. Aid in the creation and optimization of reporting and analysis tools using Power BI, developing interactive dashboards for enhanced performance visibility.
7. Contribute to the updating of team scorecards and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
8. Work closely with the logistics warehouse team to prioritize receptions and resolve reception blockages and errors.
9. Facilitate workflow within the team and participate in monthly meetings to analyze performance indicators and track action plan progress.

1. Student in a business or engineering school (Bac+4/5: Gap year or final internship).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI; knowledge of ERP M3 is a plus.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.
