1. Actively participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing planning and data management processes.
2. Assist in structuring and cleansing data within Anaplan to ensure quality and consistency.
3. Collaborate with the team to schedule and reschedule deliveries based on supplier feedback, managing priorities with the downstream supply chain.
4. Analyze and challenge supplier performance regarding deliveries.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, propose corrective actions, and contribute to their implementation.
6. Assist in the creation and optimization of reporting and analysis tools using Power BI, developing interactive dashboards for enhanced performance visibility.
7. Participate in updating team scorecards and analyzing results to identify improvement areas.
8. Work closely with the logistics warehouse team to prioritize receptions and resolve reception blockages and errors.
9. Contribute to streamlining workflows within the team.
10. Participate in monthly meetings, analyze performance indicators, and track the progress of action plans.

1. Student in a business or engineering school (Bac+4/5: Gap year or end-of-study internship).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI; knowledge of ERP M3 is a plus.

Beginner level experience required.
