1. Plan and schedule production based on client needs, coordinating with various Maison representatives to define production volumes and timelines, ensuring deadlines and cost objectives are met.
2. Identify, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers, negotiating contractual terms and managing relationships to ensure quality and efficiency in production.
3. Monitor production progress at subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards, technical specifications, and timelines.
4. Address and resolve issues arising during the external production process, such as delays, defects, and non-conformities, collaborating with suppliers to find effective solutions.
5. Coordinate the inbound and outbound logistics flow of semi-finished or finished materials between the company and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and timely movement.
6. Analyze and control external production costs, identifying improvement opportunities and negotiating advantageous economic conditions with suppliers without compromising quality.
7. Prepare periodic reports on external production performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and corrective actions taken.

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent fields.
2. Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing environments.

1. Proficiency in planning tools (ERP/MRP, advanced Excel).
2. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on measurement, variance control, and problem-solving.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
5. Proficiency in English and/or French.

Minimum of 5 years in analogous roles within manufacturing settings.

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent fields.
