Christian Dior Production Manager

- Plan and schedule production based on client needs, coordinating with various Maison representatives to define production volumes and timelines, ensuring deadlines and cost objectives are met.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers, negotiating contractual terms and managing relationships to ensure quality and efficiency in production.
- Monitor production progress at subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards, technical specifications, and timelines.
- Address and resolve issues arising during the external production process, such as delays, defects, and non-conformities, collaborating with suppliers to find effective solutions.
- Coordinate the inbound and outbound logistics flow of semi-finished or finished materials between the company and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and timely movement.
- Analyze and control external production costs, identifying improvement opportunities and negotiating advantageous economic conditions with suppliers without compromising quality.
- Prepare periodic reports on external production performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and corrective actions taken.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent fields.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in planning tools (ERP/MRP, advanced Excel).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on measurement, variance control, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in English and/or French.
Minimum of 5 years in analogous roles within manufacturing settings.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent fields.
