1. Analyze the garment to be produced to efficiently organize and segment the work of the production team.
2. Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the production line, from raw material intake to the completion of garments, ensuring efficient workflow.
3. Monitor production cycles, phases, and methods to enhance efficiency.
4. Collaborate with the product office to ensure alignment with production goals.

1. Extensive experience in garment manufacturing, particularly with lightweight fabrics.
2. Proficient in operating both linear and special sewing machines.
3. In-depth understanding of the entire production process for garment creation.

1. Excellent knowledge of lightweight fabrics.
2. Ability to manage various stages of the garment sewing chain.
3. Strong time management skills to meet production and quality targets.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical sheets.
5. Proactive, precise, and detail-oriented.
6. Teamwork and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing is required.
