1. Develop and refine products throughout the collection and production processes until production approval, adhering to the overall industrial schedule.
2. Create and dispatch technical dossiers to manufacturers using the PLM system.
3. Verify and input bill of materials, and complete referencing in the ERP system.
4. Formulate and track prototype requests, ensuring adherence to the schedule with external workshops, and update information systems while proposing solutions in case of challenges.
5. Update technical dossiers and bill of materials as changes occur.
6. Collaborate with other departments to review prototypes and validate production launches.
7. Communicate daily with international manufacturers via email and video conferencing.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in flexible materials or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in infant and children's wear.
3. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
4. Knowledge of Portuguese is advantageous.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in office software and Illustrator.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, particularly in the layette and children's wear sector, is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in flexible materials or related field.
