1. Develop and refine products throughout the collection and production processes, ensuring alignment with the general industrial schedule.
2. Prepare and distribute technical dossiers to manufacturers via the PLM system.
3. Verify and input bill of materials, completing references in the ERP system.
4. Formulate and track requests for prototypes, ensuring adherence to the timeline set with external workshops. Update information systems and propose solutions in case of challenges.
5. Update technical dossiers and bill of materials in response to changes.
6. Collaborate with other departments to review prototypes and validate production launches.
7. Communicate daily with international manufacturers via email and video conferencing.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as soft materials technology.
2. In-depth knowledge of textile product manufacturing and assembly.
3. Experience in developing baby and children's products is highly desirable.

1. Strong anticipation and organizational skills.
2. Autonomous work ethic with excellent interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in office software and Adobe Illustrator.
4. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
5. Portuguese language skills are an advantage.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
