1. Define processes and requirements in collaboration with digital, supply chain, and retail teams, specifying needs across impacted products in a comprehensive and integrated manner.

3. Develop the roadmap in alignment with other major transformation programs within the Maison.
4. Anticipate business technical-functional needs and recommend technical solutions that align with business requirements and standard solution capabilities.
5. Collaborate closely with other product teams, including Supply Chain, retail, and digital, as well as IT technical teams, to ensure tool availability, performance, and security.
6. Ensure adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and high quality of deliverables.
7. Coordinate validation of estimates and specifications during scoping/design phases.
8. Lead the implementation phase, making decisions on solutions and technical choices.
9. Support testing of implemented solutions.
10. Coordinate project integration efforts.

1. Advanced degree in a relevant field.
2. Over 8 years of experience in Order Management Systems within the retail or luxury sector.

1. Proficiency in OMS FLUENT commerce or similar solutions.
2. Experience in Agile (SAFE) environments.
3. Strong understanding of support models.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field, with significant exposure to Order Management Systems in retail or luxury industries.

Advanced degree in a relevant field.
