1. Support the Women's Product Manager in enhancing sales performance in the Middle East.
2. Drive sales and implement business initiatives effectively.
3. Identify high-performing products and take actions to boost sales, including re-orders and transfers.
4. Propose solutions for low-performing products, such as incentives, marketing support, or cancellations.
5. Support store stock requests and manage stock rebalancing based on store performance.
6. Execute and follow up on internal transfers to maximize global sell-through.
7. Prepare competitive analyses on product offerings and pricing.
8. Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for all product categories.
9. Monitor and analyze business sales performance.
10. Provide retail support to increase sales turnover and implement action plans.
11. Prepare materials for buying sessions, including sales reports and forecasting tools.
12. Create newsletters for stores focusing on product highlights and challenges.
13. Provide regular and ad hoc business reports to drive profitability and product performance.
14. Maintain a positive attitude and solution-focused approach to satisfy business needs.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail, ideally in product merchandising within luxury goods.
2. Strong understanding of retail business operations.
3. Fluency in a second language, with French preferred.
