- Maintain a positive attitude and solution-focused approach to satisfy business needs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail, ideally in product merchandising within luxury goods.
- Strong understanding of retail business operations.
- Fluency in a second language, with French preferred.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Emotional intelligence and a sales-driven mindset.
- Competitive awareness and excellent grooming.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Quick adaptability to new software and systems.
- Excellent time management, commitment, and flexibility.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
