Christian Dior Product Manager - Women's Textile Accessories

- Develop collection briefs for the Studio, focusing on trends, market opportunities, strategic directions, and target collection plans.
- Collaborate with the Studio and development teams for collection editing, product recommendations, and adjustments up to showrooms.
- Formulate pricing strategy in collaboration with the industrial team, including collection pricing, repricing, and margin control.
- Oversee price codification and entry into systems.
- Create product narratives for internal clients.
- Organize showrooms, manage prototypes, and present products to Retail Merchandisers.
- Develop showroom tools such as dashboards, briefing books, and collection presentations.
- Monitor technical development with industrial and quality teams, including launch meetings and master validation.
- Coordinate 360° efforts to optimize collection launches.
- Prepare summary documents on offerings and pricing positions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and price mapping.
- Perform ad hoc studies for Top Management needs.
- Manage and mentor an intern.
- Degree from a top business school, marketing and management program, or IFM.
- Successful 5-year experience in product marketing, preferably in accessories or ready-to-wear.
- In-depth knowledge of textiles, including printing methods, materials, and weights.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general IT tools.
- High reactivity and proactivity.
- Ability to work swiftly in a changing, multitasking environment.
- Strong sense of rigor, precision, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, autonomy, and dynamism.
- Curiosity, openness, and strong communication, listening, and observation skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
Degree from a top business school, marketing and management program, or IFM.
