Christian Dior Product Manager - Watchmaking

- Define product strategy and commercial ambition for assigned collections.
- Develop product ranges and construct product plans.
- Conduct competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with the Studio and product development teams to create briefs and sales forecasts.
- Oversee design processes and maintain product specifications.
- Coordinate product launches with Retail, CRM, Training, VM, and Communication departments.
- Manage pricing and purchasing coordination during showrooms.
- Prepare launch presentations for regional teams.
- Monitor the performance of new products and manage product life cycles.
- Develop repricing and clearance strategies.
- Initiate targeted action plans in collaboration with Retail.
- Track weekly performance of collections and prepare monthly reports for management.
- Manage cross-functional projects and client requests.
- Participate in the preparation of internal and external events.
- Supervise an intern.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school or university.
- 1-2 years of experience in product marketing within the watchmaking or luxury industry.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Product sensitivity in watchmaking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, excluding internships and apprenticeships, in product marketing within the watchmaking or luxury sectors.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
