1. Develop and manage annual and long-term makeup product portfolio strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
2. Identify opportunities for product improvement and new product launches, aligning with brand strategy and market needs.
3. Lead the planning process for new product forecasting, pricing, and inventory management.
4. Prepare promotion plans to maximize sales potential of new product launches and analyze market feedback post-launch.
5. Accurately forecast demand for new and existing products, coordinating with production and inventory management teams.
6. Conduct regular meetings with the planning team to address product availability and stock control issues.
7. Report weekly to top management and provide relevant reports to regional and central teams.
8. Establish and monitor a yearly budget for events and campaigns, ensuring adherence and flexibility to maximize effectiveness.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Over 7 years of product management or brand management experience in the cosmetic industry, with essential makeup experience.

1. Strategic problem-solving skills with a proactive and flexible mindset.
2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
3. Proficiency in Korean and English.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the cosmetic industry, specifically in makeup product management.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
