1. Assist the development team in the daily creation and elaboration of collections.
2. Organize and manage sketches, including photocopying, scanning, and digital editing using Photoshop.
3. Distribute sketches and fitting photos to workshops.
4. Develop and update the toile tracking table.
5. Coordinate external manufacturer receptions, including space and rack reservations.
6. Maintain communication with the studio, coordination teams, and workshops.
7. Update collection boards for allocations and maintain the collection plan.
8. Request and track the movement of models between departments such as press and archives.
9. Support the setup of show fittings and organize photo documentation of fittings.
10. Facilitate transfers between workshops and the studio.
11. Assist in the organization and execution of collection photoshoots, including look referencing.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+3)

1. Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
4. Dynamic, autonomous, with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience in the fashion industry.
