1. Assist Product Managers in the development of collections, ensuring seamless progression from concept to production.
2. Update permanent and seasonal collection plans.
3. Manage product referencing within the ERP system.
4. Coordinate prototype requests and follow-ups with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery to relevant departments such as Image and Press.
5. Archive products by collection in collaboration with the Heritage department.
6. Conduct regular benchmarking of competitors and product typologies, maintaining and updating sector price arrows.
7. Support CRM development and projects related to trade shows.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program (Bac+4/5) in a business school.
2. Strong product sensitivity and understanding of the creative and competitive lifestyle universe.
3. Prior experience in product development or in the decoration/tableware industry is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with external partners and internal teams.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Team-oriented with strong analytical skills.
5. Demonstrated rigor, autonomy, and creativity.

No prior experience required, but previous exposure to product development or the decoration/tableware industry is beneficial.

Master's degree in progress from a business school (Bac+4/5).
