Christian Dior Product Costing Specialist

1. Contribute to the pricing development for ready-to-wear across four seasonal collections, capsules, and other projects.
2. Collaborate with development, coordination, design office, and workshop teams.
3. Engage with the costing team based in Italy.
4. Analyze costs and their relevance to technical data.
5. Work with technical teams to identify industrial optimization opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
6. Challenge and negotiate manufacturing costs with suppliers, in collaboration with the Italian costing team.
7. Monitor and analyze costing performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement plans.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in costing.
2. Familiarity with the luxury sector and its specificities, including product knowledge and quality requirements.
3. Technical knowledge of assembly principles and placements.

1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP systems (such as SAP), and PLM systems (such as Centric).
2. Fluency in French and English/Italian, both written and spoken.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
4. Data analysis proficiency using tools like Excel and Power BI.
5. Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
6. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
7. Strong communication, listening, and observational skills.
8. Flexibility and adaptability.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
