1. Develop and implement an innovative and effective procurement strategy aligned with the company's global objectives.
2. Identify performance levers such as cost reduction and service quality improvement, integrating innovation and CSR considerations.
3. Conduct continuous market analysis to anticipate trends and seize opportunities in the General Services and Real Estate sectors.
4. Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports, fostering skill development and expertise enhancement.
5. Establish strategic partnerships with internal and external clients, providing expert procurement solutions.
6. Build trustful relationships with stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into precise procurement specifications.
7. Manage the entire supplier selection and contracting process, establishing sustainable and effective partnerships.
8. Ensure rigorous application of procurement processes and contribute to their continuous improvement.
9. Implement performance dashboards, identify supplier and operational risks, and propose corrective action plans.
10. Report regularly to the Director of Procurement on project progress, performance, and improvement opportunities.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Business, or equivalent, ideally with a procurement specialization.
2. Minimum of 10 years of successful procurement experience, particularly in General Services and/or Real Estate categories.
3. Proven team management experience.

1. Advanced negotiation techniques and e-procurement tools proficiency.
2. Strong financial analysis and contract management skills.
3. Natural leadership with excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities.
4. Strategic mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
5. Ability to work under pressure and manage complex projects simultaneously.
6. Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement within an international and demanding environment, with significant exposure to General Services and/or Real Estate categories. Team management experience is essential.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
