Christian Dior Procurement Manager

- Develop and implement an innovative and effective procurement strategy aligned with the company's global objectives.
- Identify performance levers such as cost reduction and service quality improvement, integrating innovation and CSR considerations.
- Conduct continuous market analysis to anticipate trends and seize opportunities in the General Services and Real Estate sectors.
- Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports, fostering skill development and expertise enhancement.
- Establish strategic partnerships with internal and external clients, providing expert procurement solutions.
- Build trustful relationships with stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into precise procurement specifications.
- Manage the entire supplier selection and contracting process, establishing sustainable and effective partnerships.
- Ensure rigorous application of procurement processes and contribute to their continuous improvement.
- Implement performance dashboards, identify supplier and operational risks, and propose corrective action plans.
- Report regularly to the Director of Procurement on project progress, performance, and improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Business, or equivalent, ideally with a procurement specialization.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful procurement experience, particularly in General Services and/or Real Estate categories.
- Proven team management experience.
- Advanced negotiation techniques and e-procurement tools proficiency.
- Strong financial analysis and contract management skills.
- Natural leadership with excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement within an international and demanding environment, with significant exposure to General Services and/or Real Estate categories. Team management experience is essential.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
