7. Report anomalies and coordinate cleaning or repair needs with relevant departments.
8. Monitor the progress of repairs and cleaning of items.
9. Utilize Launchmetrics for collection tracking and management.
10. Update return information in Launchmetrics and optimize its use within the department.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

2. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in office software and email systems.
5. Familiarity with Launchmetrics is advantageous.
6. Interest in the fashion and luxury sectors.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury industry.
