Christian Dior Press Assistant - Jewelry and Watchmaking

- Manage daily press relations in France, including logistics and organization of press shoppings.
- Develop press strategies for French launches in collaboration with the Press Manager and Director.
- Negotiate news, articles, and photo shoots.
- Maintain daily interactions with the press, including handling requests for information, interviews, visuals, and pricing.
- Supervise weekly and thematic press reviews, as well as daily press clippings and network scans.
- Conduct competitive analysis of print and digital press appearances.
- Analyze monthly LVMH Media and DMR results for print and digital.
- Create internal PowerPoint presentations for launches, best clippings, and magazine rankings.
- Organize and manage logistics for press events in Paris and high jewelry press trips, including venue booking, catering, and press listings.
- Coordinate and oversee production and post-production of internal press shoots for jewelry launches.
- Develop and distribute newsletters related to products, brand ambassadors, craftsmanship, campaigns, and events.
- Manage VIP loan requests and logistics in coordination with celebrity, fashion, and digital services.
- Oversee VIP giftings and product placements.
- Ensure budget compliance across various projects, including events, internal shoots, and press operations.
- Familiarity with press dynamics and a strong understanding of the luxury and fashion market.
- Ability to anticipate needs and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
