1. Assist the European and Middle Eastern Press Assistants in coordinating magazine shoots, also known as 'shoppings'.
2. Receive and process shooting requests, ensuring the availability of requested looks via a booking table.
3. Negotiate with other regions in case of scheduling conflicts, prioritizing certain publications as necessary.
4. Book and prepare looks for requested dates, ensuring timely dispatch from the press showroom.
5. Ensure the timely return of looks post-shoot.
6. Directly liaise with stylists and journalists for a portion of the European zone.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2)

1. Fluency in French and English, with a strong emphasis on written communication.
2. Dynamic, organized, and responsive personality.
3. Prior experience in managing fashion 'shoppings'.
4. Familiarity with the luxury and fashion industry.

Entry-level position; prior experience in fashion 'shoppings' is essential.
