1. Assist the Press Assistants for Europe (excluding France) and the Middle East in coordinating magazine shootings.
2. Manage communication with international offices to organize and oversee 'shopping' requests.
3. Receive and process shooting requests, ensuring the availability of requested looks via the booking system.
4. Negotiate look availability with other regions, prioritizing key publications.
5. Book and prepare looks for requested dates, ensuring timely dispatch from the showroom.
6. Ensure the timely return of looks post-shoot.
7. Directly liaise with stylists and journalists for a portion of the European zone.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2)
2. Fluent in French and English, primarily in written form
3. Prior experience in managing fashion 'shoppings'
4. Familiarity with the luxury and fashion industry
