1. Manage sample trafficking and logistics for VIP requests.
2. Coordinate with the New York team to maintain shared closet space.
3. Assist in setting up and accommodating VIP fittings.
4. Oversee logistics, including shipping and receiving samples for VIP fittings.
5. Maintain a calendar with upcoming confirmations and relevant industry dates.
6. Support PR events to ensure operational efficiency.
7. Collaborate with the West Coast team to compile daily and weekly recaps.
8. Assist with daily news updates and monitor VIP coverage.
9. File imagery and support daily administrative tasks as needed.

1. At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.
2. Availability for a full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027.
3. Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with remote work on Fridays.

The appointed candidate will receive a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for the company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
