1. Manage all UK editorial requests and liaise with international offices to facilitate these requests.
2. Oversee sample tracking and maintenance of Fashion GPS.
3. Coordinate the organisation of the PR showroom and stockroom and manage stocktakes.
4. Work with the Senior Press Officer to pitch Dior articles and secure product placement.
5. Oversee the seasonal gifting process from ordering products to managing distribution.
6. Compile editorial reports for Paris HQ and maintain editorial archives.
7. Manage contact databases.
8. Work closely with the team to manage the PR budget, including sample orders and processing invoices.
9. Oversee interns and PR assistants in general administrative tasks and day-to-day running of the office.
10. Comply with Dior values and perform other duties as required by the employer.
11. Manage and develop PR Assistants and interns, including recruitment for these roles.

1. Minimum of 3 years of press experience within a similar role.
2. Sound understanding of the UK media and retail landscape.
3. Administrative and office management experience.
4. Attention to detail and demonstration of initiative.

1. Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate articulately.
2. Proficiency in PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Launchmetrics, Lefty, Cision.
3. Smart appearance that represents the image of the business.

Minimum 3 years of press experience within a similar role.
