1. Coordinate all UK PR activities for womenswear, including editorial sample requests and trafficking.
2. Manage sample inventory and maintain Fashion GPS system.
3. Organize and oversee the PR showroom and stockroom, including stocktakes.
4. Collaborate with the Senior Press Officer to pitch articles and secure product placements.
5. Oversee the seasonal gifting process, from ordering to distribution.
6. Compile editorial reports for Paris HQ and maintain editorial archives.
7. Manage contact databases and PR budget, including sample orders and invoice processing.
8. Supervise interns and PR assistants in administrative tasks and office management.
9. Ensure compliance with Dior values and perform additional duties as required.
10. Recruit and develop PR Assistants and interns.

1. Minimum of 3 years of press experience in a similar role.
2. Proficient writing skills and articulate communication ability.
3. Strong understanding of the UK media and retail landscape.
4. Experience in administrative and office management.

3. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Launchmetrics, Lefty, Cision.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant press experience is required.
