Christian Dior PR Coordinator

- Manage all UK editorial requests and liaise with international offices to facilitate these requests.
- Oversee sample tracking and maintenance of the Fashion GPS showroom system.
- Coordinate the organisation of the PR showroom and stockroom, managing stocktakes as required.
- Oversee all UK VIP requests by liaising with Paris VIP teams and conducting VIP fittings.
- Collaborate with PR managers to identify and engage with bloggers and influencers.
- Oversee the seasonal gifting process, including list identification, product ordering, and distribution management.
- Compile editorial reports for Paris HQ and maintain editorial archives.
- Distribute celebrity press releases and manage contact databases.
- Collaborate with the team to manage the PR budget, including sample orders and invoice processing.
- Supervise interns and PR assistants in general administrative tasks and day-to-day office operations.
- Work with the PR Director & PR Managers to organise seasonal press days, events, and fashion shows, including guest lists and transportation needs.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and actively participate in shows and press days.
- Comply with Dior values and perform other duties as required.
- Manage PR Assistants and interns, including recruitment for these roles.
- Minimum 3 years of PR experience.
- Sound knowledge of current PR activities in the UK.
- Experience within the luxury goods market.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative.
- Grounded administration and office management experience.
- Appreciation for the luxury goods market.
Minimum of 3 years in Public Relations, preferably within the luxury goods market.
