- Oversee the financial operations of the leather goods plant in Naples.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and monitor main industrial KPIs, such as productivity, efficiency, and waste, and share insights with various departments.
- Monitor stock levels and support the inventory process, including validating inventory adjustments.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, preparing detailed financial plans and projections.
- Analyze actual versus budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Present financial results and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve financial processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews of financial performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.
- Address internal audit requirements and collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance controlling, preferably in the leather goods or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum of 7 years in finance controlling, preferably within the leather goods or manufacturing industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
