- Develop a comprehensive lower funnel social media strategy aligned with E-commerce and omnichannel objectives, including budget recommendations and audience strategies.
- Contribute to the global timeline for social media campaigns, ensuring cohesive presence across all funnel stages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherent animation within paid acquisition channels and the website.
- Gather local business requirements from regional teams and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging platforms, particularly in China and APAC markets, to maintain competitive digital marketing strategies.
- Analyze weekly and monthly paid social performance, providing actionable recommendations and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Monitor performance KPIs by platform and campaign, including budget, CPA, CTR, revenue, and ROAS.
- Develop strategies to leverage first-party data for enhanced targeting and personalization in campaigns.
- Ensure availability of audience segments based on customer data to improve media spending effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Data Factory team for seamless integration of customer data into media buying platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital media or paid social.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
- Excellent project management skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
A minimum of 5 years in digital media or paid social is required.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
