- Develop and implement a comprehensive lower funnel social media strategy aligned with E-commerce and Omnichannel objectives, including budget recommendations and platform guidelines.
- Collaborate with central Social Media and Media teams to construct global social media campaign timelines for seasonal collections and key commercial events.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherent animation across paid acquisition channels and the website.
- Engage with regional teams to gather local business requirements and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Stay informed on industry trends and consumer behaviors across major and emerging social media platforms, particularly in China and APAC markets.
- Analyze and report on Paid Social performance metrics across regions, providing actionable recommendations and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Manage performance KPIs monitoring by platform, including budget, CPA, CTR, revenue, and ROAS.
- Develop strategies to leverage first-party data for enhanced client targeting and personalization in campaigns.
- Ensure availability of audience segments based on customer data to optimize media spending.
- Collaborate with the Data Factory team for seamless integration of customer data into media buying platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media or paid social.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
- Excellent project management skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
A minimum of 5 years in digital media or paid social is required.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
