Christian Dior Performance Marketing Project Assistant Intern

- Assist in the deployment of local Performance Marketing campaigns in alignment with regional animation plans, including the creation of Paid Search matrices and the structuring of Paid Social and Affiliation campaigns.
- Update tracking and support documents for regional and central teams, such as animation calendars and presentations.
- Request and consolidate campaign performance reports, identifying best practices by region, requiring proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate the creation of guidelines and best practices for regions, including CRM targeting strategies and testing of new channels or formats.
- Support the verification of regional campaign animations and conduct competitive analysis.
- Assist in the coordination of cross-functional projects.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School or equivalent, with a specialization in marketing or digital/e-commerce.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Professional fluency in English and French; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Autonomous, versatile, and responsive, with a comfort in the fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Good understanding of the digital and media landscape.
Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in digital marketing is preferred, particularly within the luxury, selective distribution, or pure-player e-commerce sectors.
Master's degree in progress in Business, Marketing, or Digital/E-commerce.
