2. Adapt designs based on technical constraints and material properties.
3. Modify patterns in response to stylistic and technical feedback.
4. Optimize cutting layouts to minimize material waste.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as BTS in flexible materials.
2. Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in pattern making, grading, and flat cutting.
2. Understanding of various materials and their behaviors.
3. High precision and meticulousness in work.
4. Sensitivity to luxury, quality, and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in office software and preferably Illustrator.
6. Basic proficiency in English is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the textile industry is required. Experience in children's fashion is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as BTS in flexible materials.
