1. Execute preliminary preparation tasks for products.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and development of dishes.
3. Ensure service is conducted according to restaurant rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the reception of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Participate in waste sorting and disposal.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to superiors.

1. Minimum three years of experience in a luxury culinary or pastry environment.
