1. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for products.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and development of dishes.
3. Ensure service is conducted according to restaurant rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Contribute to waste sorting and disposal.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to superiors.

1. Previous experience in a luxury establishment as a Pastry Commis.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a culinary or pastry role within a luxury setting is required.
