1. Execute necessary mise en place for various desserts and pastries.
2. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
3. Assemble and plate prepared dishes with precision.
4. Ensure impeccable service in accordance with restaurant procedures.
5. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the premises and equipment following HACCP standards.
6. Participate in receiving goods in line with HACCP protocols and company procedures.
7. Manage waste sorting and disposal efficiently.
8. Organize storage of goods in cold rooms or storerooms.
9. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury establishment as a Pastry Commis or Pastry Chef.
