1. Prepare and execute the mise en place for various desserts and pastries offered.
2. Ensure high-quality, aesthetically pleasing dishes that enhance the venue's reputation while optimizing costs.
3. Assemble and plate desserts, viennoiseries, and pastries with precision.
4. Maintain freshness and quality of ingredients.
5. Deliver impeccable service in accordance with restaurant procedures.
6. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facilities and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
7. Receive goods following HACCP protocols and company procedures.
8. Coordinate team efforts to ensure quality and smooth service.
9. Supervise Commis and Demi-Chefs de Partie, providing operational support.
10. Manage waste sorting and disposal.
11. Organize storage of goods in cold rooms or storerooms.
12. Report any safety or accident risks to management.

1. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury establishment.
