1. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
2. Provide insights and information on product features based on customers’ needs.
3. Achieve both monthly and annual sales targets.
4. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers using the client book.
5. Support in-store visual merchandising and maintenance of display standards.
6. Stay informed about promotions and advertising campaigns.
7. Participate actively in store meetings and training sessions.
8. Manage and expand client relationships, including acquiring new clients.

1. Must have own or be under family sponsorship with approval to work.
2. At least 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in the luxury sector.

5. Physical capability to stand for long periods.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 2 years in retail, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector.
