1. Oversee the accuracy of shipping and receiving functions, ensuring all inventory processes are meticulously verified and documented.
2. Maintain an organized stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
3. Participate actively in inventory and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including safekeeping of company funds and property.
5. Train and manage associates in executing operations tasks, including POS procedures, return procedures, and safety protocols.
6. Monitor accuracy of inventory transactions, including receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
7. Ensure security measures are in place and facilities comply with safety codes.
8. Produce and maintain operational reports to ensure adherence to company policies.
9. Manage back-of-house operations, ensuring they are organized and efficient.
10. Oversee store opening/closing procedures and ensure security compliance.
11. Assist in payroll management and scheduling, ensuring adherence to payroll budgets.
12. Address and resolve issues affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.
13. Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire associates to do the same.

1. 3+ years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
2. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.
