Christian Dior Operations Supervisor

- Oversee the accuracy of shipping and receiving functions, ensuring all inventory processes are meticulously verified and documented.
- Maintain an organized stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
- Participate actively in inventory and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including safekeeping of company funds and property.
- Train and manage associates in executing operations tasks, including POS procedures, return procedures, and safety protocols.
- Monitor accuracy of inventory transactions, including receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Ensure security measures are in place and facilities comply with safety codes.
- Produce and maintain operational reports to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Manage back-of-house operations, ensuring they are organized and efficient.
- Oversee store opening/closing procedures and ensure security compliance.
- Assist in payroll management and scheduling, ensuring adherence to payroll budgets.
- Address and resolve issues affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire associates to do the same.
- 3+ years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
