1. Oversee the accuracy of shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory, including verification of purchase orders and ticketing.
2. Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed.
3. Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including security and inventory management.
5. Train and lead associates in operations tasks such as POS procedures, return procedures, and safety protocols.
6. Monitor the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor to maintain inventory accuracy.
7. Ensure security measures are in place and facilities comply with safety codes.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
2. Ability to work full-time, including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.
